BioXAS Imaging beamline is a multi-resolution X-ray fluorescence (XRF) imaging beamline with capabilities to collect XRF imaging data in macro-, micro- and nano-modes. The former two scanning modes are accepting General Users’ proposals and the latter is currently under commissioning.
The SGM beamline is designed for soft x-ray absorption spectroscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with an emphasis on environmental samples and catalytic materials. An easily accessible endstation, utilizing four silicon drift detectors, is highly configurable and ideal for performing in-situ and in-operando experiments.
SXRMB is a medium energy x-ray beamline which supports, but is not limited to, research from the biological, environmental, and chemical sciences.
VESPERS is a hard X-ray microprobe beamline capable of providing a high level of complementary structural and analytical information.
