Ecologik, a Saskatoon-based company, used our CMCF beamline to analyze their dishwasher detergent. They wanted to make sure there were no unknown contaminants in their product and to confirm that their ingredient list was accurate. By making sure there were no surprises in their recipe, they could help protect customers who have sensitive skin and are prone to allergic reactions. The CLS has a mandate to do work with Canadian industry and make sure they have access to our tools to give them a competitive advantage with their research and development. Feel free to contact us if you have an industrial research problem that you think we might be able to help with.
