Canada Customs: Users are responsible for customs clearance and any charges incurred.  If they do not have a Canadian Customs Broker, they can ship via Fedex or UPS and complete a One Time Agency Agreement which is available from Fedex or UPS.

Please notify the CLSI Receiving of equipment arriving through Canada Customs. Please provide the name of the carrier and/or the Courier Tracking Number of any incoming shipments and any additional information that can assist with customs clearance or assistance with tracking or expediting.

Users shipping scientific equipment from outside of Canada who require a Temporary Import Bond (TIB) should contact their customs broker or Thompson, Ahern & Co. Ltd can advise on any customs paperwork for equipment destined to the CLS.
