The User Services Office is the first point of contact to the CLS for all current and prospective users. User Services staff are available to assist in making your visit as pleasant and productive as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Please note that effective July 1, 2011 all new registrants needing access to the CLS will be required to provide a government issued photo ID, such as Driver's License for Canadian residents and passport for Non-Canadian residents, before they get issued a CLSI Access Card. Users who are currently registered will be required to provide a government issued photo ID at the time of renewal of their CLSI Access Card.
