Arrival and Check-In Information
Once you have received confirmation of your reservation please follow the steps outlined below for check in.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE for Guests Arriving:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm
- Pick up keys at the CLS reception
- After hours or Weekends
- Call the Guest Services Attendant, (306) 380-7086.
- Once you arrive in Saskatoon, please call to confirm arrivals are on schedule.
- The Guest Services Attendant will meet you at the front doors of the Seminary to give you your arrival package and direct you to your room.
Arriving by Taxi:
The University is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport; the charge for a taxi from the airport to the CLS is approximately $20. If you are getting your keys from CLS reception, hold the taxi—it will be required to transport you and your luggage to the residence. Parking:
The residence is less than a 5 minute walk to the CLS building. Parking on campus is restricted in most areas to permits and meters; however CLS Users have access to a temporary parking permit. In the event that you require a place to park a temporary pass can be obtained from CLS reception Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
