This is your opportunity to network with users of Canada’s national synchrotron facility!
In addition to interaction with meeting attendees, we will also ensure that your organization gets high visibility on the AUM website, in meeting announcements, and in the meeting program.

- Set-up and Shipping & Handling Information
The following is a brief overview of the Set-Up or Shipping/Handling of your Materials for the exhibit. (a link to all the documents you will require for same is found at the bottom of this page.)
The Exhibition details are as follows:- Set-up: Friday, June 18, 2010 from 6:00 am - 8:00 am
- Exhibition Hours: Friday, June 18, 2010 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Takedown: Friday, June 18, 2010 @ 6:00 pm
Exhibitor registration entitles two exhibitors to attend all workshops, as well as the closing banquet.
Coffee and lunch will also be provided.
Additional representatives are requested to register as Regular meeting attendees.
10' x 8' Booth Space includes:
- 8 ft. high back drape with 3 ft. high side drapes.
- One 6 ft. draped table, two chairs and one electrical outlet.
Brief details on Material Handling Procedures:- All shipments are to be sent to Handy Special Events, 2642 Millar Avenue, Saskatoon, SK S7K 4C8
- The venue will not accept any shipments.
- Handy Special Events will receive your pre-paid shipment(s), and store your materials & displays up to 30 days prior to the show. They will deliver them to your booth on the move in date, pick them up after the show and arrange for your courier to pick up from their warehouse.
- Should you require heated storage, please contact Handy Special Events to arrange this service.
- Clearly mark - address, booth number, name of show and number of pieces on all shipments.
- Handy Special Events will not accept collect shipments.
- Customers must make their own incoming and return shipment arrangements including outgoing waybills.
- Exhibitors from outside of Canada are responsible for all customs papers and costs.
