Set-up and Shipping & Handling Information
Set-up: Wednesday, June 17, 5:30 pm-7:30 pm
Exhibition Hours: Thursday, June 18, 8:00am-6:00pm
Takedown: Thursday, June 18, 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Material Handling Procedures
- All shipments to be sent to Hub City Display, 1740 Ontario Ave., Saskatoon, SK. S7K 1T1.
- The venue will not accept any shipments.
- Hub City Display will receive your pre-paid shipment(s), and cold store up to 30 days prior to the show, deliver to the show site and booth, remove any empty crates from the booth after set up and return empty crates for take down.
- Should you require heated storage, please contact Hub City Display to arrange this service.
- Clearly mark address, booth number, name of show and number of pieces on all shipments.
- Hub City Display will not accept collect shipments.
- Customers must make their own incoming and return shipment arrangements including outgoing waybills.
- Exhibitors from outside of Canada are responsible for all customs papers and costs.
- Please fill in the attached material handling form and fax to Hub City Display at 306-665-3075.
