Travel Subsidy
A limited amount of funding is available to provide travel subsidies to students or post-docs attending the meeting plus attendees of the Annual Users' Meeting presenting a poster.
- Up to $500 CAD for attendees traveling from outside of the prairies, and
- Up to $300 CAD for attendees from the prairies outside of the Saskatoon region.
Applications will be processed as they are received or until funding has been exhausted. The deadline for submission is July 31, 2008; please allow 4 weeks for processing.
After the meeting, please print and complete this Application form (pdf). Your claim must be accompanied with the original receipts (including boarding passes); copies are not acceptable. Please note that the Annual Users' Meeting registration fee is not eligible for reimbursement. We will complete the account information of your form.
