Advanced Bio-Imaging Workshop

Description: The Saskatchewan Structural Sciences Centre (SSSC) invites you to a Satellite Workshop “Advanced Bio-Imaging”. Experience a full day of lectures and hands-on imaging. Workshop Invitation

This workshop is limited to 50 participants and enrolment is on a first come basis. Free for CFBS and CLS meeting registrants and $50.00 for others.

CFBS 49th Annual Meeting and the 3rd Northern Lights Summer Conference “Shining Light on Biological Processes”

Description: One of the objectives of the symposium and workshops is to bring to the attention of Canadian scientists, both basic and clinical, the advances that have been made in analytical imaging capability, especially potential of synchrotron approaches to research. Combining symposia with workshops where participants can bring samples for analyses will enhance the research tool armamentarium of scientists in this country increasing the capacity to do cutting-edge research. A major focus is on how the synchrotron can be used to address one’s research questions.
* Workshops on Friday, June 16, 2006 are in conjunction with the Canadian Light Source Annual Users’ Meeting.
