CLS 7th Annual Users' Meeting

Organized by the Users' Advisory Committee

Applications of Elliptically Polarized Synchrotron Radiation
Friday, November 19, 2004 (1/2 day workshop)

Description:

The workshop will explore the polarization capabilities of synchrotron radiation for the study of magnetic materials. The forefront of spectroscopy and microscopy with polarized synchrotron radiation will discuss such topics as magnetic anisotropy in low dimensional systems, spintronic semiconductors and magnetic dichroism.
