Set-up and shipping & handling information
Exhibition set-up - Friday, November 19th,
between 6:30 pm- 9:30 pm.
Takedown - Saturday, November 20th between 6:00 pm-
6:30 pm
A service has been arranged to receive and ship display materials. Hub City
Display will receive shipments up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
Services provided to exhibitor:
- Will receive shipments of display materials up to 200 pounds (91 Kg) and hold
storage up to 20 days prior to show.
- Will deliver shipment to show site for set-up. Does not include unpacking.
- Will remove empty crates from booth and return for takedown.
- Will arrange for COLLECT return shipments (Exhibitors must provide return
shipping labels)
- There will be a surcharge of $15 CAD for each additional 200 pounds.
- Advance notice is required on any individual piece that is over
1000 lbs. or that requires special handling.
