PCaPAC 2010 will be hosted at the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon in downtown Saskatoon. Saskatoon is located in Western Canada on the Canadian Prairies.

Traveling to Saskatoon
Air - The Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport is located 6 km from downtown Saskatoon. Flights operate between Saskatoon and major Canadian Cities as well as US hubs in Minneapolis/St Pauls, Denver, Las Vegas, and Chicago. Air Canada, Westjet, Delta, and United Airlines provide regular scheduled service to Saskatoon.
Driving - Reaching Saskatoon by Car involves a long road trips. Saskatoon is approximately an 8 hour drive from Calgary, Winnipeg and Edmonton. From the United States driving time is approximately 24 hours from Chicago, Las Vegas, and Denver.
Rail - Limited rail service is provided three times per week by VIA Rail as part of The Canadian trans-continental service.
Visas and Letters of Invitation
A valid passport is required for entry into Canada. Most US residents and European nationals are exempt from visa requirements; additional details are available on the Citizen and Immigration Canada site. Anyone requiring a letter of invitation to attach to the Visa application should contact the conference organizers.

Things to do in the Canadian Prairies Outside of Saskatoon
Prince Albert National Park – The Prince Albert National Park is a 3 hour drive north of Saskatoon, the national park consists of coniferous “boreal” forest, the only protected white pelican nesting colony in Canada, rare fescue grassland, free-ranging plains bison.
Moose Jaw– The City of Moose Jaw is a 2 ½ hour drive south of Saskatoon, and is home to the Tunnels of Moose Jaw that are rumored to have been home to the Al Capone organisation during prohibition. The Temple Garden Spa and Moose Jaw Casino are located in the hart of the city.
Regina – The City of Regina is a 3 hour drive south of Saskatoon and is the provincial capital and hosts a variety of events and attractions. Surrounding Wascana Lake is the provincial legislature, science centre (with IMAX Theater), Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Conexus Art Centre, and MacKenzie Art Gallery.
Drumheller – The town of Drumheller is a five hour drive from Saskatoon and part of the Canadian badlands and home to Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology hosting the worlds largest exhibits of dinosaurs and Dinosaur Provincial Park a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Rockies – The historic resort communities of Banff, Jasper and Lake Louise are a days travel from Saskatoon by rail or car.
