Items covered by the Registration Fee:

• Conference bag including program booklet
• Electronic copy of proceedings
• Conference Banquet
• Reception
• Coffee breaks
• Buffet Lunch Each Day
• Breakfast on 3 of the 4 days

Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons.   Registration for companions includes attendance at the reception and banquet.

Student grant: All grants have now been distributed.

There are a limited number of Student Travel Grants available for students who live outside North America. If you are an out of country student and are interested in applying please email Dionne Laprairie for further details.

Cancellation of registration and refunds:

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizing Secretariat (kimali@onpurpose.ca)

If written cancellation is received prior to August 31 (Early Registration Deadline), the registration fee will be refunded, minus 20% for administrative expenses. No refund can be made for cancellations after August 31.

Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depends on the selected payment method.
