Set-up and Materials Handling Information

Materials Handling
- Handy Special Events is the official and only receiver for TCU Place; TCU Place will not accept any shipments.
- Materials handling must be arranged through Handy Special Events or be carried in by the exhibitor.
- Handy Special Events will receive & store shipment up to 30 days in warehouse, deliver shipment from advanced warehouse to show site, remove empty containers from booth to storage area, return empty containers to booth upon show closing and reload shipment from booth to exhibitor arranged outbound carrier.
- Please clearly mark address, booth number, name of show and number of pieces on all shipments.
- Exhibitors must make their own incoming and return shipment arrangements including outgoing waybills.
- Exhibitors from outside of Canada are responsible for all necessary customs and shipping documents and associated costs.
