As an exhibitor you will have access to all presentations on exhibit days, exposure in the conference program, and on the conference website. You will also enjoy complimentary exhibitor luncheons and poster session wine & cheeses on Wednesday, June 11 and Thursday, June 12. You are also invited to attend the CLS Tour and BBQ on the evening of June 11.
10' x 10' Booth Space includes an 8 ft. high back drape with 3 ft. high side drapes, one 6 ft. draped table, two chairs, and one electrical outlet. Rental for each booth space also includes two exhibitor registrations. Additional representatives are requested to register as regular meeting attendees. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Promotional Material
Promotional material can be included in the delegate registration bags at cost per piece of material of CAN$200.00(+GST) for exhibiting companies and CAN$300.00(+GST) for non-exhibitors.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship of the meeting will give your organization high visibility on the meeting website, in announcements, on signs at meeting locations and in the meeting program. You will also be providing critical support that makes this meeting possible!
Sponsors who also participate in the vendor exhibition will have their booth location included on the sponsor acknowledgement webpage and in the program booklet.
