| At the end of the last commissioning period (May 2004) the following images were captured in the OSR beamline (Optical Synchrotron Radiation) using the Iccd camera (Intensified charge-coupled device) and the Streak camera. The image on the right (black & white) shows various electron bunches side-by-side displaying a length of 100 pico/seconds, which is consistent with design expectations. The image on the left (colour) shows a single bunch viewed head-on. | ||
