Lee Ann completed her Ph.D. in 1993 measuring the Tau-lepton lifetime on the OPAL experiment. She joined Citibank as a Research Analyst from 1993 to 1997. LeeAnn moved to TD Securities in 1997 in the exotic derivatives trading team, where she ran the Quantitative Analysts group developing models for new derivative structures. In 2002, Lee Ann moved to London, England as a structurer for the interest rate and credit products groups. In 2005 Lee Ann returned to Canada and took on a new role as a Six Sigma Black Belt in the Process Improvement Group at TD Securities, Operations. In her current role, Lee Ann is head of the Trade Validation and Support Operations group.  In addition to a PhD in Physics Lee Ann holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
