Dr. Richard Florizone has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge USA (1998). He also has a M.Sc. in Nuclear Physics from the University of Saskatchewan, Graduate Studies (1992); and a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics with Great Distinction, from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Engineering (1990).
As the Vice-President of Finance and Resources, Dr. Florizone is responsible for financial services, physical plant, human resource management, real estate development, consumer services, occupational health and safety and security.
Past experience includes Director, Strategy, New Commercial Aircraft Program, Bombardier Aerospace, Montreal, QC; Consultant and Project Leader with the Boston Consulting Group, Toronto, ON; and Senior Corporate Liaison Officer / Fundraising Consultant, Cambridge University, Cambridge, UK.
