Poster Preparation Guidelines
The posters should not exceed 95 cm in width and 1.9m in length (portrait orientation) - A0 is appropriate size for the poster.
Poster Sessions are from 15:00 to 16:30 on Wednesday and from 15:00 to 16:30 on Thursday. The posters can be mounted starting at 08:00 on the day of your poster session and should stay on display throughout the day.
